The industry-standard 4-bar friction stay for typical residential and light-commercial window installations. The 8" suits small bathroom/kitchen windows (up to 12 kg); the 14" suits standard bedroom and living room casements (up to 22 kg). Adjustable friction shoe maintains window position throughout its lifespan.
